Do you ship internationally?

We do ship globally. We have partnered with FedEx, DHL and UPS.

How much is the cost of Shipping Internationally?

We ship for free for all orders above $174.99. We charge nominal shipping fee for orders with value less than that.

How much time will my order take to reach me?

For all orders above $174.99, we use Express Shipping which takes 4-7 business days to deliver the order.

How can I cancel my order?

You will have to write to us at hello@jaipurblochouse.com for cancellations. We can only entertain cancellations if your order is due for processing.

Do we restock an Out of stock item?

We do restock stuff but not everything which goes on our website. If you want to request anything specific, kindly contact us.

Do you offer gift packaging without pricing?

We can do personalised notes according to instructions. Mention this either while ordering or in an email to our team.

A copy of your resale certificate & seller's permit-
The name(s) & email(s) of anyone who is eligible to use the discount from your team/business. 

You must be in our system in order for your code to work at checkout.

Do you have a Store?

We're 24/7 available via our Website and WhatsApp for everyone around the Globe!

We have a Studio space in Jaipur, India.

Is your website secure?

Absolutely yes!
 On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server through Shopify that keeps your information safe. Just look for the little lock in your browser window.
